Andrew Hardman

Project Manager

My Len Wallis Career started in the Spring of 2010. I had worked in the industry for another company straight out of high school, moved onto studying (PDHPE) at University, worked in the construction industry, spent some time working as a ski instructor in Canada. In my first year at the company, 2011, I was awarded “Custom Installer of the Year”. It was unexpected as I was only a Junior Installer. The following year, 2012, I was awarded “Employee of the Year”. Project management is a new opportunity.
