Parts and labour warranty: System health checks: Priority service.

There is an increasing amount of technology being introduced into the modern Australian home. Automation, high definition TV, video and audio multi-room distribution, networking, on-line streaming of both music and vision, security are all becoming common-place, and are now integrated with each other.

While all of these technologies improve our quality of life, they continue to be in a continual state of development. How do you ensure that these systems in your home stay up to date and remain fully functional?

Introducing the Len Wallis Audio SMART PROTECTION Plan.

Under this plan our custom installation clients will receive:

• A five-year parts and labour warranty for all A/V and control components supplied and installed by Len Wallis Audio
• Two free system health checks a year, including:
  • Checking the operation of the system
  • Performing all necessary maintenance
  • Replacing infra-red emitters and connectors if required
  • Installing any firmware upgrades provided by the manufacturer
  • Additional system instruction if necessary.
• Priority Service, including:
  • Next working day response within the Sydney Metropolitan area.
  • Free collection and re-installation of any defective items covered under warranty.
  • Provision of loan equipment where available and practical.

The cost of the Len Wallis Audio Smart Protection Plan is based on 5% of the total project installation cost for the first year, and then 3.5% per annum for the following four years,
